Sorry for your loss. Frances Napier was a very good customer when I worked at the Keepee#1.( I was one of the carhops during 1970-1985.) She always had a smile on her face. I didn't get my parents newspapers until last night. Again sorry for your loss Frances was one on a kind. Was a pleasure waiting on her

Frances gave us many laughs while she worked with us at Walmart. She was always honest and told you how it was, and if you didn't like it, oh well. Miss Frances was a blessing and we will all cherish our memories of working with her. Bless you and your family.
