Obituary for Rosa Lee Johnson

Rosa "Red" Lee Johnson, age 76, passed away from this life on Sunday, March 3, 2024 at 10:28 a.m. at her residence.  She was born on September 13, 1947 to Plutacrh Hillard and Rosa Lee Dillard.  Both parents proceded her in death. 

Rosa was a member of Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church where she served as an usher and on the kitchen committee.

She leaves to cherish her precious memory, a daughter:  Bridgette Campbell of Lima, Ohio.  A grandson:  Thomas F. Holloway of Lima, Ohio.  3 sisters:  Georgia Gibson of Simpsonville, SC; Gladys Hillard and Cynthia Thomas, both of Hammond, IN.  1 niece:  Akeya (Roland) Davis.  2 Great nieces: Madison Davis and Kynzlee Davis.  A host of other family members and friends.

She was proceeded in death by a grandchild:  Robert D. Thurmond. 2 sisters:  Jerry L. Harvey and Patricia Hillard. 

Home Going Services will be held on Friday, March 8, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at Jones-Clark Funeral Home with Rev. Austin Lewis officiating.

Visitation/Wake services will be held on Friday, March 8, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. also at Jones-Clark Funeral Home.
