Obituary of Robbie Mae Luke

Mrs. Robbie Mae Luke, age 61, passed from this life on Monday, August 7, 2023. She was born on November 25, 1961 to John Henry White and Aretha Cole Smith. Her parents preceded her in death. 

On July 28, 1979 she married Larry Luke, Sr. Her husband survives in Lima, OH.

Robbie was known for her love of family and a very “hard working” woman.  She enjoyed a good round of bingo.

Robbie leaves to cherish her precious memory a devoted husband, Larry Luke, Sr.; 3 loving children: Larry Luke, Jr. (Melody Griffin); Markesha R. Luke, and LaToya M. (Jeffery) Nance, all of Lima, OH. 2 sisters Renee (Nathaniel) Watson of Columbus, OH; and Diane (Gary) Wilson of Lima, OH.  11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. A host of other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her great grandchild, Diyanni Burns.

Home Going Services will be held on Monday, August 14, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at              The Chapel of Jones-Clark Funeral Home with Rev. Austin Lewis Officiating.

Visitation/Wake services will be held on Monday, August 14, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. also at the funeral home.  Rev. Austin Lewis officiating.

Interment: Woodlawn Cemetery
