Anita Eloise Turner

Anita Eloise Turner, age 61, passed from this life on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at approximately   5:46 p.m. at St. Rita’s Medical Center.

She was born on May 25, 1960 in Florence, Alabama to the union of Luke and Earline Turner, Sr.; both parents preceded her in death.

Anita was a graduate of Lima Senior High School and worked as a Contractor for Proctor and Gamble in Lima.  She also worked as a Home Health Aide.  Anita  was truly loved and will be missed by her family, she loved cooking and spending time with her grandchildren.

She leaves to cherish her precious memory 2 daughters; Ashley Turner  and Wendy Turner (Carrington Armstead) both of Lima.  6 grandchildren; E’Niyah, Carrtier, Carrington, Dazzure, Christian and Destini.  1 brother; David W. Turner of Lima.  3 sisters; Corinna Cunningham (Ira), Ruth Hamilton and Glenda Foster all of Lima.  A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by a son: Derrick Turner.  3 brothers; Luster Jones, Joel Jones and Luke Turner, Jr.   1 sister: Deloyce Kirkman.

Home Going Services will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at the Chapel of Jones-Clark Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev. Austin Lewis, Jr., officiating.

Visitation/Wake will be held on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. until time of services also at the funeral home.

Interment:  Woodlawn Cemetery
