Peggy Jane Williams

Mrs. Peggy Jane Williams, age 64, passed from this life on Sunday, July 8, 2018 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota.

She was born on June 16, 1954 in Lima, Ohio to the union of Marion and Betty Jean (Scott) Hampton; both parents preceded her in death.

She was united in holy matrimony to Mr. Charles E. Washington who preceded her in death on February 5, 2009.

Mrs. Williams worked as a clerk for MSI Insurance.  She was a member of Mt. Zion Holy Union Beulah Chapel Church of God.  She was a former volunteer at Richland Manor Nursing Home.

She leaves to cherish her precious memory 2 sons;  Allen A. Williams and Timothy M. Williams (Cassie) both of St. Paul, Minnesota.  4 grandchildren; Michael A. Williams, Erin F. Williams, Ryley Williams and Teagen Williams.  2 brothers; Hoke Hampton (Martha) of Florence, AL and Arthur Hampton of Lima.   

She was preceded in death by a sister; Leona V. Hampton-Kerr.

Services will be held on  Friday,  July 20, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at  New Life Christian Ministries Home, Inc. with Rev. Damian Tibbs officiating and Rev. Almeda Warren, eulogizing.

Visitation/Wake services will be held on Friday, July 20, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. until time of services at 12:00 p.m. also at the Church

Interment:  Woodlawn Cemetery
