Jason Scott Booker

Jason Scott Booker, age 47, passed away on Monday, August 6, 2018  at approximately 10:05 a.m. at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.

Jason was born on September 30, 1970   in Ft. Wayne, Indiana to the union of Earl Eugene  and Carol Marie (Donica) Booker; both parents survive in Ft. Wayne, Indiana.

He was united in holy matrimony to Terri L. Conner on March 20, 2000; she preceded him in death on February 4, 2009. 

Jason loved his motorcycles and loved the Michigan Wolverines.

Besides his loving parents, he leaves to cherish his precious memory 2 sons; Tyreese Booker and  Travion Booker both of Lima.  A daughter; Tori A. Graf (and soon to be born grandson; Memphis) of Ft. Wayne, IN. A brother; Nathan Booker of Ft. Wayne, IN.  2 sisters; Lia Booker and Julia Booker both of Ft. Wayne, IN.  He also leaves his best friend, Cherica Thompson. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Services will be held on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Jones-Clark Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev. Bruce Monford, officiating.

Visitation/Wake will be held at 10:00 a.m. until time of services at 12:00 noon on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at Jones-Clark Funeral Home, Inc.

Memorial Services will also be held on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Ft. Wayne, IN.
