Annie Mae Napier

Mrs. Annie Mae Napier, age 62 , passed from this life on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at approximately 11:53  a.m. at St. Rita’s Medical Center.

She was born on October 3, 1955 in Lima, Ohio  to the union of Henry and Willie Mae Johnson; both parents preceded her in death.

On July 21, 1973 she married Dwain A. Napier who survives in Lima.

Mrs. Napier formerly worked at Honda and M.C.L. Cafeteria.  She was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church where she worked on the Kitchen Committee.  She loved to play Pokeno, cook and love on her family.

Besides her loving husband Dwain she leaves to cherish her precious memory 4 daughters; Antona DeAnn Napier of Columbus, OH.  Ainka D. Napier, Nnenia D. Napier and Alexandria A. Napier all of Lima.  A stepdaughter; Rewa Banks of Lima.  A step-son: Charles Rowe of Lima.  11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  4 sisters; Barbara J. Lane, Deloris Pierre (Gerad), Wanda R. McDuffy (Tommie) and Nita Gardner (Roger) all of Lima.    A host of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by 5 sisters; Beatrice Johnson, Ella Mae Macklin, Katie Thomas, Henrietta Johnson and Mary Muhammed.   2 brothers; Henry Johnson and James M. Johnson.

Services will be held  Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at  New Hope Missionary Baptist Church,  with Rev. David Kelly, officiating.

Visitation/Wake services begin at 10:00 a.m. until time of services at 12:00 p.m. also at the Church
