Bob Allen was an oiler on #4 Cupola when I went to Maint. in 1976. A very good man, hard worker. You didn't have to look to find where he was working. If you saw dust trickling down from the catwalk of a #4 P & H charge crane, you knew where he was. He was very quiet, never talked much. Probably the best oiler I ever had in 29 years in Maint.
